All posters sold by Infinite Story TOWA Shop are printed to order specifically for you by our production partner, Gelato, after you place your order.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order items
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an order without giving a reason. Because our posters are produced specifically for you after you order (custom, made-to-order goods), this right of withdrawal does not apply, in line with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This means we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a reprint or refund. To request this:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at shigeru@infinitestorytowa.com
- Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
We will review your request and arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned or disposed of, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
