By using this website, you agree not to:

3. Products
We sell fine art posters featuring original illustrations from the Infinite Story TOWA project, printed on demand via our production partner, Gelato. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences between digital displays and print.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at the time of order.
5. Production and shipping
Each poster is printed to order once payment is confirmed. Production and shipping times vary depending on your location and are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an order without giving a reason. However, because our posters are produced specifically for you after you order (custom, made-to-order goods), this right of withdrawal does not apply, in line with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
This does not affect your right to a refund or replacement if your poster arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered. If this happens, contact us within 14 days of delivery at shigeru@infinitestorytowa.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, illustrations, and the Infinite Story TOWA format — including its distinctive connecting-edge card system and “Diversity & Unity” concept — are the original work of Shigeru Ito and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a poster gives you the right to own and display the physical print only; it does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, scan, resell, or otherwise use the artwork or the Infinite Story TOWA format commercially without prior written permission from Shigeru Ito.
8. Third-party services
This website relies on third-party services to operate, including our payment processor and Gelato, our print-on-demand production and shipping partner. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Online dispute resolution
If you are an EU consumer and have a complaint you can’t resolve with us directly, you can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
